DIRECTIONS: Shampoo dreadlocks as often as desired and ensure you rinse thoroughly. Ensure dreadlocks are dried in full before tieing them up. For the longevity of your shampoo bar, it is very important that the bar is allowed to dry between showers. It is worthwhile investing in a good quality soap bar holder.

A note regarding hard water ~ Solid shampoo bars perform best in soft water. The minerals in highly mineralised (hard) water interact with the Shampoo and may leave the hair feeling straw like. In dreadlocks, this can actually be advantageous as it can accelerate the locking and maturing process. However, if you wish to alleviate this, following up your shampoo with a diluted rinse of Apple Cider Vinegar can help or alternatively, some of our clients with hard water prefer the Dread Empire liquid shampoo range which performs very well in hard water.
